Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another automated notification with tracking details when your order has officially shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your destination will be dynamically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Domestic Shipping (Within Italy): Delivered within 2–4 business days. Free shipping options may apply based on current checkout thresholds. International Shipping (EU & International): Delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside of the European Union, please note that Ares Fashion is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by your destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update on their network.
