1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your items within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

 

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The garments or accessories are returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The items are completely unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received them.

• All original product tags, labels, and packaging remain intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

• Earrings and pierced jewelry.

• Customized or personalized garments altered to your specific measurements.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used during purchase. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer even if the item arrived faulty.
